2. Nature of Services
We provide:
- access to online courses and educational materials in digital format;
- opportunity for online consultations through third-party services (Calendly, Zoom, etc.).
Payment is considered confirmation of your access to digital content and/or the commencement of service provision.
3. No Refund Policy
According to the laws of the USA, Ukraine, and the European Union, digital educational products and services provided immediately after payment are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
By paying for a course or consultation, you agree that the service is considered rendered from the moment of payment, and funds are non-refundable.
4. Exceptions
Refunds are only possible in exceptional cases if:
- the payment was made in error (for example, double charging);
- technical issues on the Site’s end prevented access to paid content or consultation, and the problem could not be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Waiver of Right of Withdrawal (for EU Users)
According to the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days.
However, this rule does not apply to digital content and services that begin immediately after payment.
By accepting this Policy and making payment, you agree to immediate access to services and waive your right of withdrawal.
