access to online courses and educational materials;
the ability to book online consultations through third-party services (Calendly, Zoom, etc.).

Payment is made online through third-party payment systems (Stripe, PayPal, or others).

All payments must be made in full before access to the service is granted.

According to our Refund Policy, paid services and courses are non-refundable.
Exceptions are possible only in cases of technical errors or double charges.

All materials (videos, texts, presentations, methodologies) are the intellectual property of Montessori With MSL.
You receive personal, limited, non-exclusive access to them for your own learning purposes only.
It is prohibited to:
copy and distribute materials without permission;

We strive to provide quality educational services, however, we do not guarantee the achievement of specific learning outcomes.
We are not responsible for technical failures in third-party services (Calendly, Zoom, payment systems).
You are responsible for the accuracy of the provided data and timely payment.

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you agree to the terms of data processing.
9. Children
Our services are not intended for children under 13 years of age (USA, COPPA). In the EU, the minimum age for independent consent is 16 years.
