Nature of Services<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We provide:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>access to <strong>online courses and educational materials<\/strong> in digital format;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>opportunity for <strong>online consultations<\/strong> through third-party services (Calendly, Zoom, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payment is considered confirmation of your access to digital content and\/or the commencement of service provision.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. No Refund Policy<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the laws of the USA, Ukraine, and the European Union, digital educational products and services provided immediately after payment are <strong>non-refundable and non-exchangeable<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By paying for a course or consultation, you <strong>agree that the service is considered rendered from the moment of payment<\/strong>, and funds are non-refundable.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.
